Ladder system with 25x25 are not organized on OGS, so if you want something like that you’ll have to manage everything manually. How-to challenge players, update the ladder… Quite a big requirement.
Then another thing is that all games will be unrated.

Why not? I guess it’s all a matter of priorities between different things to do. You can check the GitHub of OGS for that.

No, only 9x9 13x13 and 19x19 ladders are possible.
This is because ladder games are ranked and only the 3 main board sizes are available for ranked play.

Yes, you could manually organize an unofficial ladder. Perhaps, this could be coordinated via the forums.

No, the OGS website does not support customizable ladders.

General support for customizable ladders would be a really nice feature to have, and has been requested several times in the past.
