Can't join games because of "warning"

Can't Join a Game Because of a "Warning I am supposed to acknowledge" but can't find said warning

Basically, it doesn’t let me play. I did report my opponent and it was handled but the report triangle is gone, and I see no messages anywhere. How am I supposed to acknowledge a warning if I can’t find it?
