Hey, I suddenly am unable to search for/join games. When I try I get a popup that says “You have an active warning, please acknowledge the warning before continuing.”, however I both can’t find any warning for me to acknowledge anywhere on the site, and can’t imagine what I would have done to receive a warning in the first place. If someone could let me know how to resolve this I’d really appreciate it. If I’ve done something against site etiquette then by all means but I can’t find out what I’ve done wrong

Go to the game where it happened. and accept the warning.
After that you can accept a challenge again, etc.
How do I find that though? There’s nothing on any of my recent games

Is there a blue triangle with an exclamation point in the upper right?
There is, but only for a report that I made a few hours ago for my opponent time wasting

What happens when you click on that blue triangle? Does it say that your report has been handled?
No it just gives like a summary of the report, but other than a box for adding more details I can’t seem to interact with it in any way.
There must be a bug because on my community moderator’s interface, I see that your report has been handled, a warning was sent to your opponent and your opponent acknowledged it… Perhaps try to cancel your report?

Ah okay that did it, I canceled and then refreshed and got a popup saying the report was handled and now it lets me join the matchmaking again. Odd bug but thanks for the help

Looks like message saying the report was handled works the same way as message for someone who got warning.
@GreenAsJade , I think those who write reports shouldn’t be forced to read those messages so hard…

If we are being forced to acknowledge “thanks for your report” it’s definitely a bug: the code is written in a way that tries to not-do that.
I’ll dig in to see if I can confirm. If someone is able to reproduce “it forced me to acknowledge this thank you” that’d be nice.

I have this issue after reporting someone and I can’t join any games anymore because of it.
