I found it. I liked this one because there are solid clues, some hunting around, but not tooooo much hunting around.
I feel like I’ve had enough goes already, so maybe someone else can also crack this one then give us a new challenge…

I look into what I think is a good clue, and it turns into me wasting time. I managed to fail while looking up two places, and either not seeing them on the map, or I am looking up the wrong things. This is how you can seperate the good people at this, and the not so good people(me).
Edit: I found it now. I guess third time's the charm.
I failed while trying to find Mr. Price, or Zetech. I only got it after looking up national archives in all of the places that drove on the left side of the road in Africa, which is where I found Tecno, and learned that trying to search for a billboard is not going to bring me success after looking at the results. I think it was the 3rd or 4th country I looked up in Africa, not counting the countries that I didn’t know where they were that were not in Africa.

I found it by googling that Zetech is a Kenya University, then looking for where there are National Archive buildings in Kenya, and where there are Zetech sites in Kenya.
Looking for a site with a park on the opposite side of the road also probably helped find the right one quickly.
I’m happy to set another one - will need a little time - or happy if you beat me to it @Haze_with_a_Z

I’m finding Sanorius cheesy castle hard to find, I don’t have a lead. It might be an “either recognise it or you don’t”.
So probably is my castle like that. One thing I can say is that I will be surprised if there are many people who have not seen this castle one way or another.
Remarkably, couldn’t get a decent street view shot, this is the best I could manage:
