Connection problem in a blitz game

It’s a blitz game, 10 seconds per move. My connection was still good. After a few moves, the winner seemed to be me. Suddenly, when I moved at E1 (view the board), I encountered an error at processing move that caused me lose that game. WHY!!??

And… how to solve the problem!!??
