Everybody else has submitted a move in round 1.
How do I submit a move? I don’t see the submit button.

We don’t have a submit move button yet. Instead moves are submitted immediately after clicking the board.
Players can change their move (but not cancel it), and when the last player submits a move, the round immediately ends and all moves are revealed to all players. As a consequence, each round the last player unfortunately does not get the opportunity to change their submission.

Im kinda sure it is allowed, but just triple checking: We can discuss here in this topic what we may want to do next right? 
Because now, I think it may be a good timing to discuss some moves.

Yes, the only rule about communication is that it must be in this forum thread, where all players can read it.
In particular saying the move you will play is allowed, and you are not required to tell the truth either.

Well me either, but it seems like red is dominating the top, and green might soon control the bottom. Black has taken the center while white is strong on the edges. Blue is in a difficult position.
Keep in mind that all colors will need four eyes to survive!

What are the conditions for taking a stone? Just using one colour to surround is not enough?

Maybe it’s easiest to explain with an example. Which stone do you have in mind?
Blue surrounded the red and black + red and white stones but they are not captured so I was just wondering.
