It looks like someone spilled cookies ‘n’ cream on the first one.
#sorrynotsorry
Maybe i am not young enough to appreciate it.
How did you produce these?
I used an app on the app store called starryai. I recommend you give it a go! I wanted to try “Go game” but ran out of free credits.
They remind me of deep mind nightmares, with dogs and chickens eyes popping everywhere…
These aren’t that scary though.
I can’t resist. I’ll post in 20 mins or so I’ll someone beat me to it!
Is the title in reference to this?
Sadly I think the chess painting looks better than the go paintings so far
Edit: Darn, missed a chance to make a “computers better at chess than go” joke…
Errr…
Precisely why I used weiqi and baduk!
Yes, this idea is shamelessly stolen from Reddit. Choosing a bigger canvas size and experimenting with the artistic styles given would probably lead to more interesting art. But alas, premium features.
The thing is that while it was generating it looked closer to a go game then the finished thing. The board colour was more generalised and the colour blobs on it were black and white. But I guess it iterated/added flourish that actually made it “worse”.
“Kami no itte” in an anime style…
“Inspired by” Hikaru?
Tried “Two player board game”:

Short phrases like “divine move” may also be interesting.
“circles lines black white wood stones”:
Wow, using initial caps makes quite a difference.
I’m fascinated by this. Does it give you a different outcome each time, even using the same word?
I still find them disturbing.
There’s something sick in those pictures.
Even the last one, which is more “normal”… (actually it looks like a picture of a goban with some filters applied)
Probably something akin to uncanny valley
