there is no need to start a new topic for questions/answers on your game, you can just answer here if you have more questions.
I don’t really understand how your opponent will play 2 moves in a row unless you passed?
If you pass it’s because you think the game is finished, but then your opponent may not agree and has the choice to continue. Then you can continue too

In order to help you we need to know which game.
The best way to report it is as Atorrante said.
Your opponent can have two moves in a row if there is a handicap.
