Do any of these get counters (reposting the same links)? The first one should unless something is broken. I was wondering if it’s something to do with the display either.

As in why did three copies of two links, or why does it not work for that shortened link?
The answer to both is I don’t know 
The forum software is an open source project, which could possibly shed some light on the behavior
