Are you waiting for live or blitz/rapid games?
At the moment, it appears as if live games have an average wait of less than 20 seconds throughout the day, and a 95th percentile wait of 1 minute.
If the data is to be believed, means that you had two MASSIVE outliers in one day.
That’s certainly odd.
Blitz appears to be a bit more of a wait, not not much: 95th percentile at 2 minutes.
If anyone is seeing waits that you are sure bring this data into question, it would be good to know!
The time that you experienced a big wait, the game parameters, and how specifically you measured the time are what we need to know.
Removing hurdles to playing games is in fact what this whole change is about.
