Pedantle, aka Wordle Shiritori

I was looking at the old shiritori games from a couple of years ago, and thinking about the discussion we had recently in the Wordle thread. Well, this is “Wordle Shiritori” or, as I’ll call it, Pedantle, a mutative word game.

On your turn (which can be any time you like), take the word produced by the person before you and either

  1. change a letter
  2. add a letter
  3. remove a letter

so as to make a new word which hasn’t yet appeared.

Words in any language can be used.

I’ll start, with goban.
