There is a pulsing red mark next to and above my name in the upper right corner of the playing site…
Nothing clickable there and I have no idea what it means, hence existential terror.

It means that there is network connection error between your browser and the server. Sometimes it is due to the network provider, sometimes its our server’s issues, and other times it’s just that computer are weird and we may never know. Usually it goes away with a refresh, and double-checking internet connectivity.
