Safari connection issue

Hey! After updating my Mac OS to Tahoe I’ve been having trouble using the website. There’s a red ‘connection issue-symbol’ next to my username, even though my internet connection is fine and I can still use the site via another browser (Chrome). Anybody else experiencing this issue and able to point at a solution? Best, Hugo

We had this for a few weeks and then it settled. The only solution we found was to go onto airplane mode, refresh, connect again, refresh. It was very annoying!

Same issue here….i turned airplane mode on, refreshed, then turned it off…got a message that the connection wasn’t secure but went ahead anyway and it seems to be working now….

This is hitting me on all of the OS 26 releases (macOS, iOS, and iPadOS). The Airplane mode fiddle works for me sometimes (but not always) on the iPhone or iPad, but my Mac is a desktop, so there is no Airplane mode.

Edit: note, seems to only affect users of iCloud Private Relay (a problem with Cloudflare). You can reload with “Show IP Address” to make it work temporarily, and @anoek has found a way to mitigate (details in bug).

The workaround is now live on the production site, please let me know if this resolves or does not resolve the issue for anyone that was affected, thanks!
