- When you set up a donation, and then cancel it a few days later, the supporter status is lost immediately. It should persist for a whole month, doesn’t it? At least an interface should stay clean until the end of payment period.
- Apparently the supporter status is randomly misread by the server. Yesterday I’ve re-enabled donations, but the next evening the banners came back. I thought there might be a session problem, but clearing cache and relogin didn’t help.
There was an issue that I addressed a few weeks ago where paypal would send a final status message some seemingly random number of days later that looked like another cancel.
I’ll check in on the other supporter status at cancel time
