Through the Years: Long Correspondence

I just finished my last game of the first round. My opponent timed out.

I’m a bit disappointed that none of my games even lasted a year. I was hoping that at least some opponents would take a very casual, slow pace. It seemed that my last opponent was doing this, using plenty of time each move, but then they just suddenly disappeared (and seem to be timing out in other games as well).

Well, with these first round games done, I’m going to try something quite different now:

ULTRA-FAST Correspondence Games

I’m interested in playing some Ultra-Fast correspondence games. My preferred parameters are: 19x19 ranked Chinese rules, even game, random color Analysis disabled Fischer timing: 2 days initial, 3 days max, +4 hr increment The last part, a +4 hr increment, is what would make this an ultra-fast game.
