In this tournament https://online-go.com/tournament/63823, I got this game game 25840340, but tournament registered this game https://online-go.com/game/view/25840374 for some reason, and it timed me out for that one.
Other users got double games as well. It might not be a problem in correspondence, but in live it’s an issue, most of us are not yet at simul levels…
Having tournaments double up or even triple up on games is always annoying in correspondence 
But yeah I imagine far worse in live!
Tournaments with multiple games are a fact. But they don’t occur frequently, so they aren’t on top list of issues to be solved.
When that happens you can look at game page: only one has the “tournament” link active and it’s the one that will be taken into account for the tournament itself.
Other games can be annulled without problems.
Nope, the game we played with MadEagle had the tournament link active as well. That’s what I used to return to the tournament page to see what was going on.
EDIT: Hm, it doesn’t have it now?! That’s adding to weird.
