Something I wish to suggest are Vittorio Giardino’s comics. Again, not webcomics ().
I think his works can be found even abroad, by him I know the stories of Sam Pezzo (my favourite), a black-and-white noir comic about a private detective:
Concerning Italian comics, I also like Corto Maltese by Hugo Pratt, the stories are kinda weird but it has very delicate moments at times and I like the style very much. I think this is kinda famous as well:

I not sure I remember which ones I really liked because they’re quite short (and I’d have to go back through them for a while - I forgot about them ) and they’re in the same format but here’s a few to give an idea
I just noticed shinuito had posted three times and they’ve been the only poster lately. Unfortunately, I don’t follow any webcomic, but maybe I can ask around. Wait here!
It’s all in Japanese, which I don’t understand, but with the help of Google Lens and Google Translate I have been finding these comics enjoyable and educational.
