To clarify, the first plan shows that we have a chance of losing if the witch does not kill. If the witch eliminates one of the suspects, we are guaranteed to win, as far as I could see.
I voted for Marlon to be poisoned by the witch now, because I think if the Vagabond has any role at all, he would be a bit more involved in the discussion, even if just do divert the attention from him. Just a gut feeling on the other hand, for the same reasons we should vote for the Vagabond because we lose the least losing him. Hard to tell.
I for one think that vagabond should be poisoned because of this because that means they prob aren’t prot and they aren’t contributing anything, not even really an opinion.
About the witch’s potion - I’m for killing Vagabond tonight, who didn’t do anything to help our cause anyway.
Actually, it makes me even more suspicious. Why does Marlon / Gia want to be killed so badly?
I’ve found a possible explanation: Marlon / Gia hopes that when they are killed, Vagabond will not be killed and also not be investigated. Because they are both soulsnatchers.
Hun, there’s an expression for that, and it’s “you’re reaching”.
Butch math works. We need someone to die, I offer.
You know what, James, make my sacrifice count, investigate this fox over here. She’s too bent on finding a way to accuse me.
She’s normally so cautious, but happens to have it out for me?
P. S. I offered even before Vagabond entered the lot. Guess it’s easier for me to offer my own blood than someone else’s, ya know?
Yeah, sure, that is exactly what you want - you hope that either you or Vagabond is not investigated tonight and somehow survives long enough to kill us others.
I don’t trust you anymore, Marlon. I mean, uhm, not that I ever did, but now it’s even less than before!
I forgot to think about what happens is James finds a soulsnatcher. It sounds like this would be no problem, but it does make the remaining soulsnatcher ‘harder’ to find. Gladly, it perfectly balances out with the extra innocent we save from being voted out by killing a soulsnatcher:
D3: 8-2 (5 suspects)
This is the end of today. Roy is killed by vote.
N3: 5-2 (3 suspects, because James finds one soulsnatcher, the witch kills an innocent)
This is the start of tomorrow, the lovers are killed.
D4: 5-1 (3 suspects)
This is the end of tomorrow, we vote out the soulsnatcher confirmed by James.
N4: 4-1 (2 suspects)
This is the start of day 5, one innocent non-suspect is killed by the last snatcher
D5: 3-1 (1 suspect)
This is the end of day 5, we vote out one suspect. We now know who the snatcher is.
N5: 2-1 (1 suspect)
This is the start of Day 6, one innocent is killed by the snatcher
D6: 2-0
We kill the other snatcher at the end of Day 6, we win.
