We reveal whatever stands at the end of the shift. So, if the Seer made an investigation, he dies after that and the note exists.

OOC: Sorry, there was an edge case that we hadn’t considered. The Seer would leave a note in there anyway (with their findings), but if there was no note to leave, then they wouldn’t have thought about it.
