I guess so?
I mean did you play B1 specifically?
Oh I thought I canât play there since blue has no liberties. I forgot multiple players are playing at the same time. Okay let me try.
Wait which B1 lol. Alphabet is horizontal or vertical?
letters are horizontal
Oh well, sorry we didnât sort that out in time!
Huh, I missed that white could be captured in the bottom right. I thought it was blackâs plan to sacrifice the green stones as long as all of them die and not just black.
And I think if white-blue and white-green had swapped their moves in the last round, green would have had an eye at A1 because of the old-then-new capture rule*. Thus only black would have died?
Sorry for kibitzing ![]()
*I donât know whatâs a good name for that rule. Itâs some generalization of the snapback rule, maybe the name should reflect that.
Well. I excuse me to everyone and especially to my team: My IQ is way to low for this mode ![]()
I feel like this guy in the other thread who tries to count territorry for a week and cant get it done.
What the heck! Ah well more room for the blue group to grow ![]()
Right there with you. I couldnt score this game if my life depended on it!
Possibly so! But also Black/Green could prevent that by playing A2 or B1.
Nah I donât think so. Itâs just very different from normal go, basically like a completely new game, so we all have little experience with it.
I hope you and everybody enjoys the experience! Personally I kindof view it as a mixture of game and experiment, and I enjoy discovering what happens
Maybe thatâs why I love variants, it brings some fresh air and new âmysteryâ ![]()
Reminder @PRHG
Sorry, made my move now
So i guess green can only really live if another big group dies
Blue is down to six liberties, I hope we donât accidentally kill it!
