Reminder @PRHG
So @benjito were you winning a ko or filling your own eye there?
Anyway, Black is down to four liberties so probably a good time to free up some more somewhere. Like the lower right or upper right?
I thought it was important to connect the groups. Might have misread ![]()
Roger that. My next move is to capture the green stone in the top right
Round 28
@Tschej
and @Sadaharu
collide at D2, resulting in the capture of the green chain.
Myself
played a throw-in at E9.
The two white chains in the upper-right are captured.
@Feijoa, @Tschej i feel like we need to coordinate on this one. I’m planning to play at E2 again, because if @martin3141 captures those two stones, it’s bad news. However, it seems important we get a black stone at H7 as well.
Edit: oh wait, maybe H7 isn’t important after all - black is connected thru via the red group
Oops, too late. I was a little worried about G7 but was going to keep playing E2 since I didn’t want to lose my two stones to the left.
If someone can get a kill in at B1 that might help solidify our position.
Good idea! Red should do that right? I’ll play E2 again if you want to play at B1 or elsewhere
Okay, sounds good.
I think team Black is now a big favourite to win (and has been for some time).
I do like our position - getting control over the center (starting around when the green group died, and solidified around move 23) was important
@martin3141 @Sadaharu I think we might need to try and prevent the white stones in the top right from turning into two eyes. If we can keep it as one, as well as preventing the space left by the white stones in the bottom right from turning into two eyes, then blue should still be killable, right?
But I’m both white and blue ![]()
Right we gotta stick together! Don’t trust a thing @PRHG says #teamblue
Oh, I thought it was a team victory, white or black wins. Do individuals win this game?
