Have you checked on the Tournaments page? Looks like roughly 80% of the tournaments there are 19x19.

Maybe @DrGoPlayer is referring to Tournaments organized by someone for a purpose? in which case anyone’s free to do so if they’re willing to organize it

You can use group features to organize your own tournament.

You can also start a forum thread for something more custom, which I have done before (though I am not the best at following through always, so feel free to be a better tournament organizer than me, lol)
