It’s beyond me that AI still makes such silly mistakes as not being able to put all the stones on the intersections as explicably requested (I tried ChatGTP as well) or presenting a sword-cut three piece goban which will never form a “square”. Like the six fingered people in fake AI rendered images that have flooded the web.

Intelligence itself is just a part. It also may have vision problems full of hallucinations and it may barely control output.
Instead of giving it sane graphical editor we are forcing it to imagine entire scene.

Purpose of ChatGPT 4o image generator is trying to emulate what is possible when you talk with human that able to paint.
Human painter is able to draw fake screenshot of computer game, and then the next frame, and next while following your commands. But it would take forever.
ChatGPT 4o is faster, but still slow.
Special AI exist for emulating real-time walking in computer games:
there is also WHAM demo in microsoft copilot where you play simulation of Quake 2
so, 100% full artificial lucid dreams are almost here
