I ran some numbers:

~17% of the Ukranian supporter accounts have played somewhat recently. About another 24% have logged in somewhat recently, but haven’t played in the last 3 months, and the rest we haven’t seen since pretty much the start of the war. But yes, everything is still active for them of course, awaiting the day when their lives settle down enough for them to enjoy a game of Go here and there, however many years that might take.
