Option to rotate the board

Not sure whether it has been asked before, but an option to rotate the board would be useful. Personally, I want to use it on a completed game as I like all my games to follow the same orientation, but I’m not sure whether there are players who want to rotate the board during the game.

Rotated Board for White

In today’s Samsung Cup I noticed that Ichiriki Ryo played white pieces with the board facing him the way a real board would. If you tense your eyes a little, you see black first move in bottom-left, and all other moves are rotated 180 degrees compared to the game records. [image] I got interested, I pulled up Nongshim Cup, look, the board is rotated for white. [image] This is now the only true way to play.

I like to copy the sgf text from my Goquest games to review. Often, the board is rotated 180° when opened in an editor or OGS or Ai-sensei. The rotation is dependant on whether I had played black or white. But, I prefer to have the same board orientation as when I played the game. Anyone know a quick fix?. Can I add a line to the sgf text? Only thing I’ve found is a command line utility, but I was hoping to do something on my phone. Have not seen anything in my searches except general info suc…

Option to Choose if the board rotates

When you are making a puzzle, you make an example and then when other players try to solve it, the board rotates and stones change color to make a variety. Is it possible to have it so puzzle creators can choose if the board rotates or stones change color.
