@Haze_with_a_Z feel free to talk now
And I was sitting here getting super nervous. The longer it took for you to say who it was, the more nervous I got that I was dying.
Great news that no one was killed last night! Clearly the guardian got lucky in guessing who the vampires would target. In the other thread, Iāll ask a rules mechanic question.
Did we have the nightwatch learn something interesting last night? I have not yet been the nightwatch.
Also, this pedantic chamberlain noticed an odd inflection in the disembodied voice of the narration that he hallucinates each morning, almost sounding as if it mispronounced āneglectingā
Again, I was not the night watch. I came up with a pretty good strategy for figuring some of that stuff out, but I checked with the vstovep and it was against the rules.
Iām dying to ask, isnāt it with one ālā?
Oops, Iām inconsistent. I looked it up a while ago, after seeing one of you write it with double L, and apparently both are okay)
But, foolish mortals, arenāt there more urgent matters to discuss than the spelling abilities of a deceased jester?
Well, the deceased jester still talks and gives us a ton of information. If we had no clue what you were talking about, first of all everyone wouldnāt know if they were dead or not, and with no instruction, the game wouldnāt be anywhere. It is important to have this information correctly, and not some completely false info.
All due praise to our noble guardian, whosoever they may be! Weāve been granted a desperately needed reprieve. There are complications of course. If the guardian reveals the innocent personās identity, they virtually sign that poor soulās death warrant. Would this information somehow override another loss of life? Thatās what we need to determine.
But then, Iām talking as though we know for a fact that there is no more nightwatch. If that first nightwatch is still alive then it follows that thereās another one. Weāre potentially looking at a flood of new information today. I say to these people, if youāre out there, itās now or never.
On the other hand, the situation could simply revert to what we had yesterday, and thatās really not so bad.
Instead of the innocent personās identity being revealed, I think that it would almost be more risky for them to share to everyone that they are the protecter. The vampires may see them as their biggest weakness, and try to kill them at some point. It is revealing to everyone the innocence of two people, but also telling the vampires who the guardian is. I think it is up to the guardian if they want to share, but I donāt think that it should be shared right now. They will just be putting themselves at a bigger risk.
The guardian could, of course, defend themselves tonight. But I see your point. The guardian would be assuming a serious risk most certainly. There are several things to be weighed against each other.
Well, I guess itās braincramp day for me. Of course the guardian wonāt speak up because the vampires already know which player he protected. The death warrant is already signed!
Excuse me everybody while I try to wake up.
Oh, I wonder if memories grow dim in the afterlife, because my spice rack would curse me to the afterlife if I served such a generic breakfast and ignored my calling!
Here, drunken scones, cheese pie and coffee for everyone! And omelette for my hangover. OK, Iāll add some fresh juice, although fruit is not at its best this time of the year.
Unfortunately, my one true calling in this life is feeding people with delicious, so I donāt have any important protector or nightwatch duties. Some information for our current terror would be nice.
My chocolate muffins wonāt bake themselves, see you all at dinner.
Now Iām sure this poor dead soul is mixing us up with another castle.
If this is the case, than why were you drinking yourself until you passed out. That is not only a bad use of your time, but you couldāve gotten addicted to the alcohol, which wonāt turn out good in the long run.
Either the nightwatch was eliminated with bugcat on the first night, or weāve had two different people get a turn at nightwatch.
If it is the latter, then I think it would only make sense for both to reveal what they learned on the previous two nights, since they could clear at least themselves and possibly two other players (if they did not check the same player or each other). With four players confirmed to be innocent, it would narrow down the vampires to two out of the three remaining, which would give us a decisive advantage in voting out the vampires before they get to us.
However, the silence seems to suggest to me that bugcat may have been the nightwatch on the first night.
I would like this but I am out of likes for now.
Iām allowed one drunken night of grief. Letās defeat the vampires so I can go back to milkshakes.
Better remember to make those non-alcoholic. We wouldnāt want you to escape unharmed only to die of having too much alcohol in your system causing you to make poor decisions.

@Gia, Why me???
You seem the most confused and @Assai most silent, both indications you have something to hide. But Iām not sure, so nobody dies is still one of my options.
