OT, I’ve actually been looking into this, there may be a way to make some stuff load faster on that page. I recently did something similar with tournaments (now the tournament info shows up quickly even if the full “tournament rounds” data hasn’t loaded yet 
)

The games are public, but we are not technically competent. I request some strong players to go through his games. He is a very strong player, and still why is he 5K? This is fishy. I usually play a lot of games, my knowledge can never lead me down, I lose a few games with strong players with low ranks, and my rank goes down, but eventually, it comes to where you belong. So, kindly check his games. What is his win percentage? I say last year’s winner had a ridiculously low win rate. and was he a moderator too?
The rules says simple, do not resign early. So, some strong player can check your games
I support showing category wise results.
First, Sofiam is “she” and not “he” (I know who she is IRL and I have played several online games against her). As said above, the reason why she is only about 5k is that she plays a massive amount of correspondence games (about 1000 at the moment) and spends about 1-2 seconds at each move while her opponents may spend 10-100 more time. She is of course much stronger when the two players use the same amount of time. Other than that, her games are absolutely normal.

I have played Sofiam quite regularly, maybe more than any other player on OGS.
I never got the impression that Sofiam resigns too early.

She just plays too quickly to ever find out she is 10 points behind! So if anything she resigns too late!

Regardless of who the user is, public accusations in forums are not allowed.
If you believe that any user is breaking site rules or breaching the ToS then that should be reported in the usual way on the main site.
If it’s a case of thinking that the tournament rules may have been broken then that should be dealt with by contacting the tournament director privately.
It is not fair on any participant to have unsubstantiated accusations made in public.
That said, it is in the nature of this event that players are not necessarily going to be playing in the same way that they usually do. It appears to me that with many users, the OGS ranking system is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do and adapting quickly to how they are playing currently, and after the event the system will quickly adapt again.
As stated above, please use the proper channels for any issues.

How many times are the games between two registered players counted? 1 or 2? How many are in percentage?
I’m curious, if it’s difficult to calculate it doesn’t matter.

Yea, I can’t go through all 10,000 games to make sure they are only counted once as I am not saving them to the database.
I did run the same players for January though and got a little under 5k games played. So pretty much doubled the games.

I reached a total of 100 games with rengo and ranked games. My ranked games are around 80. Do I have to reach 100 ranked games to get the achievement?

Yes. If you are gold in the ranked category on the site then you got it. 100 ranked 19x19 games.
