Where is the site that teaches fuseki? Where is OGS?

#3

Should be somewhere in there

#4

Korean youtube channel Cyberoro ORO is also quite nice.

#5

Added! Thanks

#6

You wrote “My Link Collection” — was this meant for us to add ours to it?

Servers

Facebook (only the largest groups, there are many Go groups, and also many regional Go groups there)

Google+

And @SunPin, I think the Fuseki site you mean is Ootakamoku, it’s included up there in the “Tsumego” section.

#7

Absolutely, trohde! Let’s make the best OGS Link collection out of it!

#9

http://gooften.net/ is not there

#10

List of placement of inseis http://www.nihonkiin.or.jp/player/insei/
and also Japanese Go Association http://www.nihonkiin.or.jp

#11

Added

Go Game Guru has a warehouse in Canada now! https://gogameguru.com/go-game-guru-in-canada/
Also http://ps.waltheri.net/ is my favourite database. You can search by player section of board or fuseki.
I just found this free pdf of Go Seigan’s games. The people who made this got copyright permision from the owner.

#17

Good stuff there, @Tokumoto!

And @yebellz, that looks very nice
(I’m a big fan of Ilya Kirillov’s HTML5 Web Go Board, though … but then again I guess polyamory ain’t too bad :grinning:)

#18

I have “wikified” the opening post, so any “trusted forum user” can now edit it.

@Tokumoto, @yebellz, I don’t know exactly how the forum software decides who is a “trusted user”, but you could go on and try editing the post if you like.

#19

Anyone with a Basic badge should be able to edit a wiki post. Trust levels are explained here: https://meta.discourse.org/t/what-do-user-trust-levels-do/4924/3

#20

Well, then … let’s hope the post will be maintained well … I guess for safety I should make a copy every now and then.

<edit> and the Fuseki exercise site Ootakamoku sadly doesn’t exist anymore :’( </edit>

#21

No worries. It should all be saved automatically in the post’s edit history. Clicking on the orange pencil icon in the first post will display all the previous edits (currently 10). Anything accidentally deleted could be recovered from there.
